Roland Cj-500 -printing problem

Hi, I'm new here and I hope to get some help here :)

Printer is Eco sol converted, as you can notice an older one, but still fully functional until lately.

The problem shows in picture, I have replaced encoder strip, and senzor chip, made aging and other software things I could.

Printer runs slowly on LPT port, I think that cable couldn't be the problem.

Any ideas?

It looks to me your print head is set too low, may also need cleaning also may need to replace the wiper..

Electrical.... failing heads, printhead ribbon cables, maybe print carriage board but not likely. Start with checking connections with POWER OFF !

Thank you for all the infos!
The head was going across the wiper, which didn't retract, cleaned and working now.

And now I have bigger issue I have for a long time.
Shadow on Light Magenta, which is visible in 5th square on the right, any ideas?
