my first guess is that you are using a trial version of flexisign - it outputs like that on purpose

More than likely you have a bad printhead. Those machines are notorious for printhead problems.

roland colorchoice used to come free with that printer, but you might have a hard time finding it these days

Roland ColorChoice was the supplied RIP software for that machine.

You can print directly from Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator using the Windows Driver. Driver can be downloaded from Rolands Site (support section). Windows XP is the latest driver available, nothing available for newer operating systems.

Flexi Sign-Pro is the most efficent software to run a PC-600.

That means your printhead is faulty. and nothing to do with the software. You can try to clean it

Your printer is shot. Ya need stuff that's hardly available anymore. I'd suggest looking into a newer and better machine.

You can try and lightly sand the printhead with 1200 grit sandpaper. Sometimes crap gets melted to the head. Those heads get hot and melt the foil to the vinyl thus melting lint and dust to the head.
It wont hurt the head any more than it is now. But yes that head is probably trashed.
