roland colors not printing right

I have a SG540, I use Flexi 19 and versaworks 6.6.3

I never had a problem with the roland color chart library until lately. I printed the color chart and found the color I wanted but when I put it in the design in Flexi, then export as eps and bring into Versaworks the color is way off. Any suggestions? color wanted was PR21K that is not what printed... 20220113_190328.jpg

I did. Thanks to Tracy at Tyrell Tech this morning she is up and printing. We are stumped as to why it did this since the spot color was checked. Maybe just a bad day. All is good now.. File format is always EPS..
