I have run into this issue only once in my career and it ended up being bad ink. We changed the print head, cables, slider and main board. We ran calibrations, checked electrical from the wall and even flushed the whole system and changed all of the ink flow parts. After putting OEM cartridges in, it fixed the issue.

Is the correct value out of range? not really clear from that picture. If yes, you need a tech guy, service menu and adjust the default values.
PS.: That is one bad ink. Those lines should be straight as hell.
