Roland gr640 problem

Hi everyone.. I have an issue on my Roland gr540 cutting machine.. when cutting around printed rectangles .. the right and left cuts are so perfect and accurate but gradually going to the middle cuts there is shifting occurs .. any advice to fix this issue?? Thnx alot

Does this happen with and without the middle pinch rollers? Have you tried 2 middle rollers? Do the pinch rollers look in good shape?

This model have 1 middle pinch roller
(54 inch size) it looks fine and i tried to cut without using middle pinch roller but the problem still exists

it might be a pain in the ass, but, modifying and adding a second middle pinch roller might be a big help with this.
this might not be a do it yourself mod, you might need a tech & of course the roller and arm, etc.

Your right pinch roller is not on the material, it must be in-order to get accurate cuts.

I would start there.

I doubt this fixes your problem. I suspect the media is being deformed due to the heat of the printer. You can verify this by using a straight edge, along the width. The cutter has no way to account for this bow, unless you place crop marks in the middle of the print, or for each item.
