Need Help Roland GS-24 cropmarks problems!

Hello,
I'm an owner of the Roland GS-24 plotter and i wonder how crop marks in CutStudio works?
I have set my crop marks using CutStudio plugin in CorelDraw (i've tried both 3points and 4points marks) the saved the file to PDF. After that i have send that file to be printed out!

Then i tried to cut with my GS-24 (like in video below)

My problem is that although the machine recognises all the marks, i still have mis-alignement problem horizontally (about 1cm) while it is correct vertically.

Can anyone help?

Hello,

Thank you for the Description and the Video. If we are having an issue with the cuts being misaligned then I would suggest that you look in the user manual for a section called Adjusting the Cutting Position. This will provide with the instructions for shifting the cuts.
