Hi,
I'm trying to get my Roland GX-24 to cut vinyl and I keep getting the below message:
Printer in error status
I don't use the cutter very often and when I went to cut some vinyl last week the screen and setup were all wrong. Looks like it defaulted to 8 1/2" wide paper. Just looked like the software changed.
Cut Studio works fine. I can create and do other things. I did a troubleshoot and the cutter is fine. The GX-24 is the default printer.
Any help as to what to do next is appreciated.
The cutter is about 5 years old and I've got maybe 50 hours on it and it's been working perfectly until now.
Checked all cables and they are seated properly. I have no idea where the disc is as it's been a few years since I used it.
