We just moved to a new location and now our roland versacamm is not printing. The black and cyan are not printing at all. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I just had the same problem with mine except it was the yellow and magenta. Turned out to be a bad fuse.

if you aren't pretty darn good with a soldering iron I would have a tech (or local elec engineer) do it - but you can at least test it with a ohm-meter yourself

Where would the fuse be located? Thanks

F2 on the mother board. It's about the size of a grain of rice. 1.6 amp.

One of those things where "if you have to ask"...

I actually soldered two wire leads on mine and replaced with a standard fuse holders.
