Need Help Roland LEJ640 does not measure media correctly

I tried printing on the roll setting for the first time and things went smoothly, but now that I am trying to print on rigid material again (4mil coroplast) the machine will not measure the width of the media properly. It measure the entire length the machine allows instead of the 48 inches that the coroplast actually is. Could it be a sensor? I've searched through service mode and did a sensor check. What appears on the screen is "FRHDCPLWcwaT", furthermore, there are asterisks underneath "LWcwa". What does this mean?

Has anyone had an issue with this? How can I fix this?

This issue has been resolved. The sensor was somehow loose so I tightened it and that got the machine working correctly.
