The company I work at just recently bought a used Roland MG640 UV Printer, and I can't get it to print any colour correctly.
I have 5 years of experience running latex printers but this is my first UV printer.
I've done all the cleanings, shaken all the inks, and tried different materials and none worked.
I think it's a profile issue but I haven't been able to find anything on where i'm supposed to be accessing the profiles for this machine (unless UV's are operated differently??)
We use ONYX Thrive as well and was thinking maybe I should use VersaWorks instead??
