Why isn't it peck available anywhere for download. Could someone please shoot me a link. Also looking for older version of VP firmware and or if you know how to re-install a corrupted firmware which is on the latest version. Roland Updater just says you are on the latest version, go away.

I hacked Roland login, told them i identify as a Roland Certified Tech.

Peck doesn't work with BN20. There is another tool for these beasts called " Service Tool App".

It is for the Roland VS-300i. BN-20 was my old printer, where I use the Service app.

You shouldn't need the peck tool for the VS-300i, the service menu isn't locked out on that one, you just need to know the button sequence to enter it.

The mainboard from my VS-300i was defective. I wanted to save all data before the mainboard could not be repaired. It has been repaired perfectly in the meantime and everything works fine now. But I would like to know how I can get the pecktool to work

need to start printer in update mode, hold down top, left and bottom keys while pressing power button on front panel. the process is in the manual.

you have to start printer in update mode. press and hold up, left, down and press power. then the software will communicate with the printer
