Roland print "scratch"

I'm having problem printing big black spot color. At the 3/4 of the paper there are small scratch on the paper.

Manual clean done, new wipers... I dont know what else to look for ?

if you compare with red it really seam there's a problem with black head

post 1 photo looks like head scraped on material - perhaps material buckling from too much heat, ink, etc

2nd picture shows some nozzle issues with K head - post a nozzle test print

The black head does look like it is missing a few nozzles but seems to be covered by multiple passes. I think you are actually getting head strikes which is why you are getting scratches on the left side of the material. Turn up the vacuum, turn down the heaters and double check that the material is being loaded as straight as possible.

Looks like your black and cyan heads have quite a few clogged/deflected nozzles. That would certainly add to your problem. Might want to try a head soak?

I need to clip the line after the pump the soak the cap top for a few hours then I do a medium cleaning on all heads ? is that it ?
