roland pro III XC-540 use MLD mild Triangle

if you use the MLD in its mild roland please pass me your experience, good or bad!

Very very bad!!!!

If you printer is not converted to solvent ink better if you never use that ink.

Triangle is very hard ink, it literally melted parts of my xc540.

Clogged heads and pipes, printer cleaning all the time. Vinyl media were like chewing gum before printing, impossible to apply.
Lot of time and money wasted cleaning the ink circuit...

I have been using Triangle MLD ink on my XC540 for over 3 years, I have had no problems.

did you install the solvent ink system on your printer? in that case, you can use the mild ink. But the original printer, as it goes out from fabric, can not support that kind of ink.

The XC-540 Pro III was originally Eco-Sol Ink from Roland. Other adapted units used fabric and dye sub ink.
