Need Help Roland RE-640 Factory Default

I need your knowledge. I have a VE-640 that, after having made a factory default, prints 10 cm well and then starts to print badly.
What are the parameters that must be adjusted after a factory default?

Looks like your encoder strip is dirty. Check/clean it.

Yes it is, you can flip them over and sometimes this will work. The strips arent expensive though so I would just buy a new one

Yes I tried and it dint work, I just ordered a new scale and sensor encoder.
