Need Help Roland RE640 Feed Motor Error - 00CC-0004.

I took the head out when installing I brown the fuses after I installed the new fuses and I turned on machine, Suddenly I get an error Feed Motor Error - 00CC-0004. This error only occurs when I insert the fuse
