Roland RF640 print issues

See attached. Does this look like I need a new head? Noter the wavyness. This is what my dealer wants to sell me.This printer is 4 years old. I'm hoping it's just an adjustment. Thanks,

It looks like an electrical problem to me. It could be cables, which I would try first, but my guess is that it is most likely the head.

Hey!!!! looks like a physical damage on the printhead, nozzles looks fine not deflecting that much but looks like the print had a crash with the media to me there is a damage on the top right-hand! You might need to replace it! Don't be afraid just pay the right price!

Need help Roland RF-640
ink flows when cleaning but it does not print the test buses.
BIDIRECTION ADJUSTMENT: it only prints 2-4-6-8
I changed the dumper - ribon cable
