Roland Sc-500 set up problems

I am not sure what is going on. When I bought this from the seller only the print heads needed replaced.
-changed one print head

It keeps wanting to head clean
-nothing was coming out from the clean.
-took the air out of the yellow ink line, others were fine.

I'm not sure why we are getting this awful test print.

Probably the machine was broken and the seller waited until the heads got damage and never bothered repairing it again. You'll probably pay more for the repair than you paid for the printer.

I'm not sure what to repair.
He showed me a test print when I bought it and it was fine, it did need a new head.
Then it was shipped to me,
Iv gone thru the whole set up instructions
I'm not sure if it's a new pump I need or replace a fuse..
There was some ink on the "new head" that was provided..could 2 new heads save this?

Where could I buy new heads from Ontario?
Should I find a tech to look at It?

Usually I'm good at directions but this thing has thrown me a curve ball I don't know what to try next to fix it.

Check these fuses and also check your cables are securely plugged in.
