Roland SC-540 help.. Banding & Pink looking Grey/Silver

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum and was hoping I could get some help. Machine is a Roland SolJetII SC-540 CMYKLcLm and I use Flexi for design and ColorRip for print. I recently started to have a banding problem and can't figure out exactly what's doing it. I've replaced quite a few of the Cap Tops and Dampers. Ran quite a few cleanings and all the print adjustments and calibrations several times. It's a little better now but still not the quality I want to see leaving my shop. I've also had a problem with my greys printing on the pink side lately too which is weird because before the banding problem started, they were greenish. Hope I gave you enough information. Here's a few pics too. Thanks in advance, Gary

After looking at the pics, they aren't that clear. The test print of the 6 heads are almost perfect. The Light Cyan is a little erratic but not bad at all. Certain not enough to cause this problem. The font in the other picture is supposed to be a light grey, not pink.
