Roland sc500 motor error

Hello there I thought I would start a new thread Im heading into a new direction here..

Here is the breakdown, Sometimes while printing or cutting my machine will come to a sudden stop and give me "motor error turn of power" code with no digits.. It will happen quite often so often I can't do a full job. I have cleaned the linear bearings and checked the cable tension.. This machine has 87 print hours and 1 hour of cutting it is super low.. I need help to find the issue on stopping the motor error..

Thanks once again

Despite the machine telling you low hours etc
I will still check the resistance of your scan motor.
I had this problem recently on the same machine and it turned out to be a tired scan motor
