Hi,

I am new to printing and I already got weird problem.

My color are all mixed up and I have no idea why

I had a problem one hose was disconnected ( cyan ) and I had to remove the panel and change the fitting and replug it.

Then the color got all mixed up after that. The thing that I find really weird is that when I do a test print directly on the printer, the color output are all good.

Can you guys help me please?

thanks a lot

Judging from the test prints your heads are firing in the proper order (and quite nicely, to boot). I'm guessing this is a data problem rather than a mechanical one. Did you remove any of the ribbon cables? Was it printing properly before you reconnected a hose?

Yes it was printing correctly before reconnecting the hose. I might have disconnected one of the cable by accident. I dont know where to look though. Which of the cable could be the problem ?

Are the heads in an SC540 in a different order than the XC540?

XC540 prints C M Y K lM lC.

check if the inkset settings in your SC-540 menu is correct. after that. check if it is also correct in your rip.
since it appears that all your heads are firing correctly, i will put my money on this issue being a configuration problem.

My inktype is set to "MAX cm" and I tryed Production manager with my last profile that was working. I also tryed a new one. Then I tryed versaworks with Generic vynil 2. Still having issue

I also changed my damper order. It was Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow. Now I switch it to C, M, Y,K and here's the result.
