Roland SC545EX in BIOS mode

So I have had this problem before and can't for the life of me figure out how I reset it before. I have two machines so I can cross check. We had a Network meltdown and had to reconfigure the entire networks static IP Addresses. So here is the problem. Used the Intercon tool to reset the IP address and it takes it and goes into a BIOS mode. Close the Intercon window and ping it see the ip address with a patch cable hooked in. Launch the Roland Firmware updater and it can't see the IP address. I know this is an issue with the network card because I switch it to the other printer and same problem. Reset the network card and re-entered the IP address and same issue. I can see it and ping it but the Intercon tool is in Bios mode and needs a *.bin file to upload the firmware. I have called a Roland tech and they have never heard of the file and they are looking into it. Sooooo here I am needing this firmware file for the Intercon tool *.bin to flash the Bios on the network card.

try reinstalling net-tool? i wasnt even aware it could send network card firmware. If you enter the printers IP address in your browser it should connect to the printers net-server and show the current network card firmware.

Tired from two different computers with the older version and newer version of net tool. After you enter the IP address it goes into BIOS mode and requests firmware. :banghead: I know it's isolated to the network card because I moved it from another machine.

Yep, self extracting .exe, containing a "po9_6_6.bin" file 608KB
Well I have no idea if this fixed it. I moved the .bin file from the other computer to the new one (I had the same .bin file you were going to send me) Go figure it let me put all the info in and there it is and all is good. No firmware upload just all good. :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead: So off to getting the heads unclogged because its been sitting so long trying to figure this out.
