Roland service

When the guys from Roland (under warranty free service) come out once a year do they replace anything free, I just assumed they did the labour and charged me for the parts.

Also what do the do that I don't do every week, cleaning heads and cap tops.

first an motor error 0010 0010
contacted roland dg they said to change the motor so i did
then new messages
service call 0104
internal error
0780544
service call 002

is the sensor board damaged or is it some thing else
