I've only been at my new job a week and learned that the guy I replaced had his own bad system of settings.
We had a Roland expert come in saturday & show us all proper media settings for our Roland XC-540
We now have a very nice list of media types, temperatures, etc for VersaWorks.
And it prints nicely on the 540.
The problem is, we could not get VersaWorks to add the SJ-640 as a printer.
It can be seen on the network, and ONYX has easily been printing on it.
But we have alot of color, media & profile problems using ONYX.
We really want to use VW for the 640
I know some about computers & networks, but not enough.
Is the problem the OS is VISTA?
Is it a network conflict?
What am I not seeing or doing?
