roland sj 640

I have a roland sj640.. And I'm a roland tech but this machine is kicking my butt.. The cyan is droping out after about 5 inches of printing.. And the test print has missing nozzles but they are moving.. So nozzles are ok.. it almost like there is air in the lines somewhere.. But I've pulled ink threw... Can anybody help me with this... Maybe I'am missing something here.... frustrated:

Check or replace damper + Cap top (where is print head seat on) + Open the cover top check the o-ring see if these too old it may leak too, also check where is the ink cartrige insert in there are several O-ring there too. My roland sj 745 was replace these o-ring. The last thing of these your print head may bad.
