Hey dauod,
Head #1 (cyan) has a thermistor on it that detects ambient temperature and when the temp is too low (or malfunctioning), the printer will display temp too low. So, since you're having a failure of the cyan head, it's time for you to consult with your regional Roland dealer. They can help you from here.
