Ok, machine printed fine on Thursday, kicked on Thursday evening for auto clean...motor scan error 0080/0080. Couldn't clear it by power off. Talked with technician on Friday, suggested I clean the encoder strip and do a limit initialization/cut down. Tried, get to carriage movement and the cut carriage will not separate... now have 0101 service call... thoughts? Is the motor bad or the board?
