Roland SP-300 questions

I have a Roland SP-300 that was working perfect until I installed a new roll of vinyle.

It seems like the material is moving just a little and I am not sure if it's time for some new pinch rollers or what.

When I contour cut a circle for example the cut is not a perfect round circle but a little larger on the top then the bottom.

I follow the user manuel for adjusting automatically for corrections for printing and cutting but it is just off a little.

The media appears to move a little when it coming through the pinch rollers.

Where can I purchase new pinch rollers?
