Roland SP-300i Problems

I'm having some issues with my Roland SP-300i printer/cutter. I've had it just over a year now and its gave me problems ever since I bought it. I'm hoping the wonderful community here could help me identify what is wrong with my printer and help solve it.

Long story short anything that is black has white lines going through it (attached picture link #1). I clean my print heads and wipers like instructed once to twice a week.

I'm also having a issue with colors that touch black, mainly red based colors. The black seems to bleed over into the color pretty bad (attached picture link #2).

The problems have persistently got worse and no one can seem to tell me what the problem is. If you have any ideas or know whats causing this I would greatly appreciate any help that you can give me.

Thank you.

What media are you using? What does your test print look like? Using OEM ink? Using versaworks? What profile? What heater settings?

Thank you for your reply!

"What media are you using?"

The media I used for the attached pictures was Arlon 4500GX. I've tried Oracal 3651 as well.

"What does your test print look like?"

My test print looks good. I test print every morning before I start printing.

"Using OEM ink?"

I'm using Roland's Eco Sol Max Ink.

"
Using versaworks?"

Yes.

"
What profile?"

For the Arlon 4500GX I couldn't find the print profile anywhere so I tried Generic 1 and 2 as well as GCVP.

For the Oracal I used the specific profile for it which was ORAJET_3651G

"What heater settings?"

I use the default for all prints then I was told by a friend to bump them to max and it still gave same results.
