Cannot find this info anywhere. When manually raising the captops, how far up do you raise them? I recall reading somewhere to go 1-2 full turns past the point where the captops come in contact with the printheads. Is that correct? Is there any standard for this adjustment?

In case no one responds that really knows, we just snug it up. I dont think its overly critical. Done it many times with no ill effects.

If the printer doesn't work, raise it till the compression stops. If it does work, it doesn't matter. Just raise it till it touches, them turn on the printer and let it reset itself by doing a cleaning as it powers up.
