The black is deflecting all over the place which will cause quality issues for sure. You are going to want to make sure your cap top is nice and clean and make sure the tubes aren't clogged. Usually I will disconnect the cap top form the pump, hook a syringe to the pump tube and flush solution through, and then hook the syringe up to the cap top tube and put solution in the cap top to pull through with the syringe. If you can get solution through both, then do a head soak and cleaning to see if you can get those black nozzles flowing better. In my experience that much deflection is usually a sign of a bad head but it's worth trying to clean it up.
The other colors look mostly good. One deflecting nozzle in the cyan could cause issues but not as bad as your print suggests. You could do the same thing I mention above to the cyan to see if that clears that deflection.
The yellow has some contamination as well. Make sure your wiper is nice and clean and also not warped. Some black ink is getting into the yellow which on this machine only can mean it's coming from the wiper or possibly a bad cap top.
