Hi, I'm having a big problem when I turn on the printer give this error 0101.also in
Limit Initialization i have this problem : Unrecoverable limit sensor after cap position.
Please help me

I am experiencing the exact same - unrecoverable limit sensor when trying to do Limit Initialization which the service rep says is what the error0101 is asking for.
Did you find out what was the problem with yours? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

It's been a while since I've had this error happen, but if I remember correctly, I had to replace the encoder strip and / or the encoder sensor. I'd start with the strip first though. Maybe even before that, clean it if it's dirty and then do the encoder test in the service menu to see if it fixes it.
