Is a Roland SP-540V Printer/Cutter worth buying? If so what would the value of it be? I have the 300i but it would be nice to print larger especially a full 4x8 once in a while. I thought if it was cheap enough and worked well. The print test shows it may just need cleaned? Any input is appreciated! Thanks!

It will probably print ok but not great. While a head soak and some cleaning could recover them, I would expect to need to change both heads fairly soon, especially the black cyan head, which will run you about $1000. Have them print out a service report and check the head firing count. The heads are rated for 6 billion fires. In my opinion the machine's worth about $1000 for how old it is and the head situation.
