Roland Sp540v Print Head Issue

A couple of months ago I purchased a used Roland sp540v. I had to put in a new printhead and everything has been fine. But I had an medical emergency and had to leave the machine sit for about 3 weeks. Now all I can get out of a nozzle check is the attached image. I have tried cleaning a few times but I can't seem to get the heads to clear. Any help would be appreciated.

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
Clean the cap tops, wipers, and wiper scraper really well. Then take a look at the bottom of the print heads and clean any ink build up you see where the cap normally makes contact with the head. Avoid the nozzles at the center of the head surface and just clean ink build up around the perimeter. Then run a head soak. Clog the cap top tubes, I usually use a forcep to close them shut, and fill the caps with cleaning solution. Then sit the head on the caps for about an hour or longer. Then open the tubes back up and run a strong cleaning. That should pull out the clogged nozzles.

I agree with solventinkjet. Try all that, and if for some reason it still not perfect, do another head soak, but let it sit all weekend and try again Monday morning. If it still isn't perfect, you can always try putting a syringe on the cap top lines and trying to pull ink through, it sometimes helps get the blockage cleared.

Also remove the hoses from the cap tops and try running a bit on mig welding wire through them to clear them out from chunks of ink
