roland tech in chicago area

Hi there, I am looking for a good service tech in the chicago land area. Our printer is about 4 years old and is not printing quite as good as it used to and I think we may have a black head going out. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I have never used them, but I have been discussing some used Roland stuff. Seem nice and have a tech I think for Roland.
