Can't help you with a technician, but if you contact your local dealer they may be able to assist, unless it's an older model that is end of life, meaning no Roland certified Tech will touch it. Perhaps if you let us know what model you have and what the problem is, along with some photos, someone here may have an idea of how to fix it, as the ink lines rarely need replacing and most of the time an air leak is due to something else.
