Roland trouble

We have a roland vp300 that is acting up. It will print every 15 inches and then go through a cleaning phase and will repeat this throughout the print. It happens every time we print. It started initially after replacing one of the color cartridges and I thought it might have some air in the line, but figured it would have worked it's way out by now. We have done a powerful clean and manually cleaned each of the heads, but with no results. Anyone have any issues like this or any suggestions on fixing the problem??

Thanks for any help that you can throw my way!

Are you using Roland OEM ink, or 3rd-party ink?

Some Roland firmware will force more frequent cleaning cycles when non-Roland ink carts are detected.
