Roland TrueVIS 640 printer

I just purchased a new Roland TrueVIS 640 printer and cannot for the life of me get it to print white lettering. Does anybody have any idea how to do so?

Does the printer have white ink?

Did you use the white spot color in illustrator/corel when designing?

Does veraworks show that the file contains white ?

There are some good videos online showing how to set up white and cutting files for versaworks
