Roland truevis vf2-640 leaking from print head

Hey all!
The problems seem to never stop lol

So I’m finding that my cyan print head is forming droplets of ink on the head itself from ink leaking, it is getting on the vinyl as well as the the media guards. We JUST had our print head replaced and have been keeping up with cleaning and maintenance.

Our test prints are fine and actual printing seems to be okay there is no puddling of ink or anything yet but Im worried about the problem escalating.

Does anyone know what the issue could be?

Do a "fill damper" on this head. If the problem comes back, the damper probably needs replacement. (There are different generations of dampers)
