Roland TrueVis Vg2 540 clogged

Hello there,
I was doing the cleaning/test print after my manual clean and noticed some clogging in the CYAN, not alot, maybe missing like 7 dots all the other colors were spot on.
So I went and did normal, then Med n finally powerful clean hoping to unclog the CYAN. I would run a test print after each clean. After the medium clean the orange started showing signs of being clogged. Next I did the powerful clean and the orange printed out only like 1/2 of the length of the head, it was missing the print from the front half of the head. I did a manual clean and could see orange ink towards the front of the orange head area and ink on that silver boarder that surrounds the print head that sits on the cap tops. I dont understand how in a matter of 10mins it can go from test printing perfectly, no clogs to this only printing the back half of the head color? Has this happened to anyone else? How can I fix this.

Welcome to my world.
is any of the ink expired? That’ s 2 years from the born on date you ee on the bag.
When were the captops last replaced?
Flushing adjust?
The cyan ink is a know problem and cyan heads are replaced more than any other color. You can replace the cyan head or swap the cyan with the hello head the issues are less noticeable.
Orange can be an issue. I am not 100% sure, but possibly a bad lot of orange Ink.Send me that lot # as I have the same exact issue going on. Captop there as well and cease on the cleanings and see if it returns by itself.

The ink is little over a year old. I dont remember when the cap top was changed out. I only remember my dealer changing out the magenta/cyan a few years ago because of a reoccuring weaping issue.
Sorry, never heard of flushing setting??
I just cant believe how it went clogged so quickly. Pics attached.
