Roland TruVis VG-640 "SHEET SET ERROR SET AGAIN"

it was just working and we changed from Vinyl to Banner media and when trying to it up this shows up...

any ideas?

Well i haven't found much out except that if i leave the right metal flat piece off the media it works.

as to why it is doing any of this is still a mystery
