It is a blurry photo, but the 3 lines are not in alignment anywhere on the chart. Is that just a poor quality image or is the print out that blurry? Might also want to make sure the heads are seated properly.
The heads seem to be seated properly. No head strikes since my last service. Head height is "High".At least you have that going for you. I'd still make sure the heads are seated correctly, as this happened to me on my SG-300 a few years back and it turned out the tech hadn't quite seated it properly and once he realized and seated them, it looked better. Another thing is, is the head high or low?
I prefer the High Head height for most of our media (thicker) and jobs. I was hoping that there was something that I could do to reset the values without having a tech visit. The print quality is still good, but starting to get slightly blurred edges on some knock out white small copy.Have you tried on Low head height. We can't use the high, as it doesn't print well for us, as we don't use thick enough media. You might be able to get more from the service menu, however if you have TR2 inks, you'll either need a tech with the peck tool and credentials or a "cracked" version to be able to access it.
