was the awhhh... because there wasn't a tail on the board and the head popped it on the way back? i put a 4.5" tail on everything then trim? i like the jig but my aluminum doesn't like jigs.

awwhhh you are correct..haha
learn by your mistakes hence the jig i made
i figured out to cover the sensor to make it print the whole sheet but didn't realize that once it ran out of material it would pop out of the pinch rollers and just keep printing in the same spot(stupid!!!) but worked that out with the jig and haven't done a 4x8 yet but it takes 9min for 18x24 at standard speed and will go 5 min at high speed
we have been printing pvc and polycarbonate with no problems the only issue so far was the static on the coro. other than that running great
