Roland Versa Camm Ink Cost?

I am tring to estimate my ink cost on my prints can any one help? I got my material cost down but I am wrestling with my ink costs is there a rule of thumb I can follow or any trick to make figuring this out a little less painfull.... oh yeah 440 Ml CMYK Eco Max

I use .40 per Sq. Ft. for full coverage.
That should be a little high.

But, I would rather be a little to high than to low on cost.

Doesn't your rip software have an ink counter/measuring device in it.

I am running versa works 2.3 .... Sorry for any lame quesitons but when they installed my machine the guy was in a rush to get home and I had a serious crash course on the machine and software, he is going to come back to show me how to maintain the thing but nothing yet, anyway I got a ton of questions saved up for him when he stops back.
