If nozzles are dropping out overnight it usually means the cap tops are failing. If the cap tops are more than a year old I would replace them. If the dampers are more the 1 to 2 years old I would replace them as well.

The recommended manual cleaning schedule is once a week - this is a minimum. This can vary depending on usage and the environment that the printer is in. If daily cleaning is a necessity, then that would point other problems like Solventinkjet recommended.
