Roland VersaCamm SP540i Rolls Material out unevenly.

So I have an issue with this printer rolling material out unevenly. I can set the media up to have a quarter inch gap between the right side wheel and the edge of the vinyl and as it rolls out the media will shift and almost fall out of the printer.
I have ran many tests and recalibrated the crop cut settings, I have even accessed the service manual and recalibrated the roller settings. There is completely new pinch rollers on the machine now and I still have the same problem.
I do not think this is a software issue I believe something is wrong with the way it rolls material out just not sure where to go next. I can do really small jobs about 2 feet long but we typically run jobs between 5 and 10 feet. Open to any suggestions.

Roland rollers are special. the inner diameters are smaller than the outer ones. the middle roller different it is straight. Make sure using the right ones and installed them correctly.

Make sure the pinch rollers are clean. The easiest way to clean them is to use alcohol and a foam swab. Run the feed aging in service mode and hold the swab against the pinch roller, being careful not to let it get caught between the pinch roller and grit roller. You can also clean the grit roller this way, using a toothbrush wet with alcohol in this same mode. Depending upon how old the pinch rollers are, they may need replacing.
