I just bought this printer the other day and am having some issues with it. The cyan seems to look like its spraying around the prints and also the prints are grainy. The logo Im trying to print also has a orange tint to it. Here are some pictures of the test prints. Can anyone help?

Looks like some deflections in the cyan but the others look good. The 3rd image is your bi-directional adjustments, looks like you need to make those adjustments. Also check your heat settings for printing you might need to lower it.

The effect what can be seen on the first image shows up an electronical problem with the head or head cable. Try to reseat the cables to the cyan head (disconnect the printer from power and check if the cables are correctly reseated before reconnecting). Replace Cables. If this won‘t work, replace cyan head.

1st off you need to calibrate the bidirectional settings
Change to the most visual strait lines
Try doing a powerful clean followed by a normal clean
This sometimes realigns the nozzles
Have you tried printing in unidirectional ?
If that doesn’t work you will need a new head
