Hello guys,

I reinstalled the software many times I still have problem and I cant use it. Everytime I add a job to a Queue I got THE FILE IS CORRUPTED. Stopped processing the input file.

Please help!

- Uninstall the already installed versaWorks software, Restart your Windows,
- remove or rename the old VersaWorks installation folder,
- Re-install versaWorks software

Usually if you Initialize the software from the start menu, it will do get the same results. Bert's method gave you a new folder location. Initializing the software cleans out any files from the existing folder location.
