Could be a cap top issue and maybe even a dirty or failing wiper. I would fill the cap tops with cleaning solution and pull with a syringe from the waste lines. You could just have a partially clogged line which would cause the ink to no drain fast enough and the heads get cross contaminated.

I just went across the exact same result today. The printer needed a limit position initialize and flushing position adjustment. Your dealer or service tech might help you doing those adjustments.

Papajo is correct. Flushing position adjustment is a critical adjustment on the VGs and SGs
