Hi All

While Im doing tray cleaning and it pops up this
Service call 0380 (0030 )

Have anyone experienced this ?

Are you using 3rd party ink? Did you check if any ink is empty?

Did it happen right after you replaced the inks? Do you have fluid in the cleaning pouch?

It happens once before when im running out of inks. And i shaked them then put back in. It pop up same as that.

Then i order new inks today, doing tray cleaning and replace the new inks as well

I check the cleaning fluid and its still over half pouch

Maybe air got into the ink lines. It's possible to take the back cover off and see if there's air in the lines.

Thanks , is it easy to do ? If so how can we get air out of lines ?

I have seen it before.
Try to do upgrade the firmware to the latest version.
(The problem is, while it empties the tray, it also sucks ink from one head. If the dampers are not refilled in time, this error shows up. It's a firmware bug, that should be fixed in the latest version)
If that doesn't help, pinch the tube under the cap, that also goes to the tray.
