Roland VP-540 Prints Just Magenta Streaks

Hi,
When doing a test print or any other print I just get Magenta Streaks.
I have ink to each of the 4 printheads as I have drawn it through from the Waste side - other side of the caps.
See Image, sorry for the orientation as it should be 90 degree right:
